Avendale Village Clubhouse

Avendale Village Clubhouse is situated in the corner of Ladera Ranch and is considered Ladera’s Premier Clubhouse. Avendale is proud to include an incredible Great Room that is available to rent for gatherings or special occasions. Avendale also features a Junior Olympic size pool that is open year-round.
The Clubhouse features 2 tennis courts (by reservation) a picnic area including BBQs and lots of space for children to run and play.
Clubhouse Schedule: The highlight of this park is the wading pool and splash pad which features a water spray which is delightful and cooling during warmer weather. Across from the splash pad is a Tot Lot with a playground and areas to climb.

Flintridge Village Clubhouse
Flintridge Village Clubhouse and pool is Ladera Farm’s very own local resort offering a retreat style pool and jacuzzi that is warmed all year. The club additionally offers a tot lot outside the pool territory, barbecue grills and picnic area. A reservable tennis court is also accessible for tennis enthusiasts.
The main Clubhouse offers a reservable Great Room and two private rooms off to either side. This Clubhouse is ideal for smaller gatherings, showers or other occasions. There is also a gazebo that offers a pleasant setting to unwind with friends, neighbors or your family.

Oak Knoll Village Clubhouse

Oak Knoll Village Clubhouse is where it all started. The original Clubhouse is the largest with a Great Room, fireplace room and a recreation pool and lap pool. Towards the rear of the property is a splash pad with a large area for fun activities. The Great Room includes movable furnishings consisting of 6 round tables and 3 banquet tables.
The doors of the Great room can be opened to enable visitors to stroll around the covered patio. The surrounding area offers tables and seats for relaxing conversations or lunch. Both pools offer lounge chairs and the recreation pool offers a shade structure with tables chairs.
A vending machine is situated at the back of the property opposite the bathrooms and outdoor showers.
The Oak Knoll Village Clubhouse is home to Ladera Ranch Community Services (LARCS) and is home base for G45, Ladera’s patrol service. There are three sets of bathrooms at the front of the property, to the left and right just past the gate, and one towards of back of the property.

Covenant Hills Clubhouse is in the southeastern area of the community and is Ladera’s only gated community. The clubhouse features a moderate sized great room with a hardwood floor, a library room off to the side and a nice sized kitchen. A courtyard and large grass area are in the middle of the community which is perfect for events.
There is a resort style pool with seating and lounge chairs for residents to relax. Outside near the grass area are two barbeque grills and a meandering path through a rose garden.

DESCRIPTION
The Ladera Ranch Rose Garden is in the corner of the Town Green an is surrounded by lemon trees, lavender and a variety of roses which surround the garden in honor of Alice O’Neil (Moiso) Avery, the matriarch of the O’Neill/Moiso Family. Mrs. Avery was personally involved in the rose selection and is very proud of the Rose Garden that was named in her honor.
Take a moment to sit down on nearby park benches to absorb the splendor and peacefulness of the rose garden and everything it has to offer.

Cox Sports Park is where most of the sport fields in Ladera Ranch are located. There are two (2) softball fields, two (2) lighted baseball fields, one (1) lighted, large soccer field (with a shade structure on one side), and a smaller soccer practice field. A snack bar is open during baseball season. This park has a covered picnic area and restrooms are available.
